Our Newborn Settle package aims to provide you with some good sleep 'hygiene' tips for your little one. Throughout consultations, we will discuss your baby's current sleep patterns and help you begin to gain an insight into what normal sleep patterns look like. From this, we can help you to establish healthy sleeping habits for your baby, whilst maximising all of the newborn cuddles with your little one.
